	African American History Month 40 Blossoms Display This display hangs on Freedom Wall in the State House in Annapolis in honor of African American History Month. The artist is Susan's long-time friend and neighbor, Delphine Siggers Williams. The 40 Blossoms are 40 African American women of great accomplishment from Calvert County.
