Real Property County Tax Comparisons

The spreadsheet of the county real property tax rates (and any ad valorem taxes) is per $100 of assessment for comparison purposes for Charles, St.Mary's, Anne Arundel, and Prince Georges Counties. These rates are as proposed for FY2007. The tax amount is shown based on a $350,000 assessment. Please note that the state tax and any special district or municipal taxes have not been included.
